Alan Sydney Robinson funeral details

The funeral of the late Rev Alan Sydney Robinson, father of Rev Dr Martin Robinson, will be held at Central Avenue Christian Church, Wigston in Leicester on Thursday 22nd January at 1200.

Alan was a Kingdom builder, whose passion for church planting, evangelism and FCC enabled him to serve the Lord as a missionary in India, as a church planter in Scotland and England, and as a national leader within our movement.

Create: FCC Leadership Conference and AGM

We are excited that our national FCC leadership conference, now entitled ‘Create” will be soon upon us.  It will be a 24 hour retreat from lunchtime on the 30th March until after lunch on the 31st at the Pioneer Centre in Shropshire.  We will also be holding our AGM as part of our gathering, where we will review what God has been doing amongst us, and set our sights on new horizons together.

We are delighted that one of our keynote speakers at this event will be Roy Searle from the Northumbrian Community.  He will aid us in focusing on some of the tools that will keep us fresh on our journey in God’s mission.  He brings many years of leadership and friendship and we look forward to his input on the days and into our lives.

We will also be welcoming Juliet Kilpin as our other keynote speaker.  She and her husband have been pioneer church planters in urban centres around the UK.  She is a Baptist minister and is also one of the key leaders in Urban Expression, a network that encourages and facilities urban church planting.

Further details of the conference can be found on the Event tab.
