The Leadership/Trustees of the Fellowship of Churches of Christ of Great Britain and Ireland (FCC)  collect and process data in accordance with our Data Privacy Statement  which gives greater clarity on the uses. 

In line with the GDPR legislation which is in force from 25/05/2018 we are informing you of the data we wish to collect and process as noted in our Data Privacy Statement and we therefore seek your express permission to do so.

The data we will be collecting and processing Full Name, Address, Telephone Numbers, email address.

d.o.b., roles in FCC, bank details (if appropriate)

The reason we are collecting it To provide contact details for correspondence and for the completing of legal and financial obligations. Bank details only if required for electronic payment for expenses.

Some information will be retained indefinitely for legal purposes such as safeguarding. See Data Privacy Statement.

Where and how the data will be held On secured Officer’s PC/laptop and back up.
How long we will be holding the data See Data Privacy Statement.  Bank details removed immediately after termination.
